Privacy policy

Information you send us

When you use our lesson request form we receive the details you enter — your name, phone number and, if you provide them, your email address, town, chosen program and message — together with the page you sent it from and the time. We use this information only to contact you about driving lessons and to arrange them. It is stored in our website’s administration area and sent to our school email address.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, except where required by law. Requests are kept only as long as needed to arrange and provide lessons and to keep basic business records.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We count simple events — such as taps on our phone number, sent lesson requests and finished practice tests — without identifying you, to see whether the website helps people reach us.
• The road test checklist saves your ticks in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back to them. Nothing is sent to us.
• The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads only when you click “Show map”; Google’s own privacy policy applies to it.
• Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to other websites, such as official government pages. We do not control those sites, and their own privacy policies apply.

Children

Our lessons are often booked by parents for their teenagers. We ask that students under 18 have a parent or guardian contact us or join the conversation when lessons are arranged.

Website terms

The information on this website, including our study guides and practice test, is provided for general information and is checked carefully, but rules, fees and procedures change. Always confirm requirements with the official sources before relying on them. Practice test results are a study aid only; no driving school can guarantee the result of any test.

Lesson bookings are confirmed by phone. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
